Velluto Nord is our project in Sector 1, at 2-8 Lemnarilor Street in the Străulești – Bucureștii Noi area: 40 apartments, from studios to three-room homes with private gardens, in a building with a basement, ground floor, three floors and a setback 4th floor. Natural stone, underfloor heating, mineral-wool sound insulation, inverter air conditioning and solar panels for every apartment.
The building permit was issued in February 2025, and the site has a public photo log on vellutonord.ro. Below are the presentation renders of the building.

The team's small building: just 9 apartments at 9 Soldat Popa Florea Street, between two parks. The same technical choices as at Ilioara Residence, at a neighbourhood scale.
