Two-room apartments start at €107,500 + VAT, three-room ones at €151,000 + VAT. The price includes underfloor heating, the individual Ariston 24 kW boiler and the triple-glazed windows. A parking space is contracted separately: €20,000 + VAT (single) or €25,000 + VAT (Klauss double platform).
