Am vizionat Ilioara Residence împreună cu un prieten inginer structurist și am avut o impresie foarte bună. Fiind încă în construcție, am putut vedea direct modul în care se lucrează, iar reprezentanții proiectului au fost deschiși și ne-au prezentat planurile și documentele pe care le-am solicitat.
Am vizionat în ultima perioadă mai multe proiecte rezidențiale din București și, după ce le-am comparat, am decis să achiziționăm aici două apartamente.
Până în acest moment, experiența noastră cu Ilioara Residence a fost foarte bună.
Am avut ocazia sa vizitez astazi in live, santierul blocului de la Ilioara Residence. Am ramas placut impresionat de detaliile tehnice prezentate si de raspunsurile prompte la intrebarile pe care le-am adresat. Toate acestea m-au convins sa ma decid rapid pentru a achizitiona un apartament in acest nou bloc, stil boutique. Prezentatorul a fost de nota 10, cu un mare angajament si profesionalism!
Am apreciat faptul că a înțeles ce îmi doresc și mi-a prezentat variante potrivite si a gasit solutii la problemele mele de a vinde o proprietate sau de a face un credit. A fost disponibil mereu, am avut o buna comunicare, ceea ce mi-a oferit încredere pe tot parcursul colaborării.
