If Ilioara Residence shows what the team can do at scale, Micro City shows what the same standards mean in a small building: 9 two-room apartments, two per floor, one with its own garden on the ground floor and others with 18 sqm terraces. Completion is scheduled for December 2027.
The technical choices are the same ones you find here: underfloor heating, an individual boiler per apartment, high-performance glazing and finishes included in the price. The project is developed by MICRO CITY S.R.L. and has its own website, with apartments, prices and construction progress kept up to date.
