Sigma Residence, at 4A Iancu Jianu Street, is the building where we took finishes furthest: travertine outside and in the kitchens, marble on stairs and balconies, waterproofed natural stone on the plinth and exposed brick at the entrances. Only 14 properties — 12 apartments and 2 commercial units, all sold — with underfloor heating and a room thermostat in every room.

The team's small building: just 9 apartments at 9 Soldat Popa Florea Street, between two parks. The same technical choices as at Ilioara Residence, at a neighbourhood scale.

Strada Lemnarilor 2-8, Străulești – Bucureștii Noi, Sector 1, București
The team's newest project: 40 apartments, underground parking and solar panels for every apartment, at 2-8 Lemnarilor Street in the north of Bucharest. Completion: May 2028.
